The owner of this webshop reserves the right to change this statement at any time and recognizes the present statement as mandatory to itself as well. The owner is committed to maintain the quality of service at the highest level, but does not take responsiblity for any damages deriving from the use of the services.

  • 1998. Act VI. Law on personal data protection of individuals with mechanical processing, Strasbourg, 1981. January 28 Agreement signed on promulgation;
  • 2001. CVIII. Law of electronic commerce services and the certain aspects of information society services;
  • Act CXIX of 1995 on the Use of Name and Address Data Serving the Purposes of Research and Direct Marketing;

By purchasing from the data provided to is treated confidentially and must not be disclosured to unauthorized third parties except from the subcontractors of Szabó Mihályné e.v. (For example MPL courier service for delivery purposes).
